Doctorate Honoris Causa in Humanities from Shenandoah University

We are happy to announce that Lisi and Tho have been awarded honorary Doctorates in Humanities from Shenandoah University. This prestigious recognition acknowledges their dedication to fostering inclusive education and well-being for children and young people living with disabilities in Vietnam.

Lisi, representing both herself and Tho, expressed deep gratitude for this honor on behalf of the Eurasia Foundation for Special Education in Vietnam. She emphasized that this award truly belongs to the resilient children and dedicated educators they serve. Lisi articulated how Shenandoah University’s mission aligns perfectly with their own, which is to create environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
