Eurasia-foundation.org respects these provisions. This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you access and use our web pages accessible at https://eurasia-foundation.org, how we use the information collected, and the level of security we provide to protect this information.
By accessing and using our site, you expressly agree to this Privacy Policy. It may be modified at any time to adapt to new business practices, technology or legislative changes.
Data collection
We collect data in connection with your access to and use of our site via room rental, registration for our newsletter on our site, events, your possible membership, and other forms or when you contact us directly (by e-mail). The data we may collect is your personal data concerning your name, date of birth, address, payment information, e-mail address, telephone numbers, language preference, or other information that may be used to identify or contact you in connection with accessing and using our services.
Use of collected personal data
We use the data we collect for the purposes stated at the time of collection, in particular to carry out our activities and manage the Association and the Foundation. In particular, we use this data to disseminate targeted information about our activities, including support for our projects and actions.
In particular, eurasia-foundation.org must take into account the requirements of the recipients of its advertising campaigns if they do not wish to receive appeals for donations or wish to receive fewer of them.
During initial contacts, the wishes of people who do not wish to be contacted must be taken into account.
If people no longer wish to be contacted, or wish to be contacted less frequently, eurasia-foundation.org will respond quickly and without hindrance.

Disclosure to third parties
eurasia-foundation.org does not share your personal data with third parties, with the exception of its partners and/or subcontractors, to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they are collected. For example, when you make a donation to our financial support, your payment information is transmitted exclusively to the company to which we subcontract the management and collection of your donation.
In connection with the management of events, training courses and workshops organized by the Foundation, the Association or its ELI program, the full names and e-mail addresses of participants are forwarded to partner organizations (where partner organizations exist).
eurasia-foundation.org will not sell, rent or exchange the data and addresses it collects concerning donors, members, friends, event participants and interested parties.

Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by Swiss substantive law, with the exception of its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any complaint, claim or dispute must be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the Association’s registered office, subject to recourse to the Swiss Federal Court.
